Return and Refund Policy
Our wall murals are printed to order and, in many cases, custom-sized to the measurements and options selected at checkout. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect measurements, wrong material selection, or colour expectations based on screen display once production has started.
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@aurennestudio.com. If production has not yet started, we may be able to amend or cancel your order. Once your order has entered production, changes and cancellations are no longer possible.
This does not affect your statutory rights if an item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.
Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order carefully before cutting, trimming, or installation. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or there is a visible production issue, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of delivery, and include:
- your order number
- a short description of the issue
- clear photos of the item
- clear photos of the affected area
- photos of the packaging and shipping label
Please do not install the mural if you notice a visible issue before installation. Once a mural has been cut, trimmed, or installed, it may not be eligible for return or replacement unless required by applicable law.
If the issue is approved, we will arrange a replacement, reprint, refund, or other appropriate solution.
Returns
If a return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Please do not send returns to our registered office unless we have confirmed this in writing. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Colour and samples
Colours may vary slightly between screen display, lighting conditions, materials, and print batches. We strongly recommend ordering a sample before placing a full mural order whenever available.
Installation
We are not responsible for installation errors, incorrect measurements, damage caused during installation, or third-party installation costs. Please check all panels before installation and contact us immediately if something appears incorrect.
